ALHAMBRA SCHOOL DISTRICT MEMORIAL SCHOLARSHIP

Deadline for Application – May 31, 2013

In memory of R.E. Simpson, a former administrator of Alhambra School District, the following scholarship is available to Alhambra Elementary School graduates who are pursuing a career in education.

            REQUIREMENTS:

·         A graduate of an Alhambra Elementary School

·         A graduate of a Phoenix area high school

·         Pursuing a career in the field of education

·         Attending, or accepted to attend, a college of education in Arizona



Please submit the following to:

·         Completed application

·         Three letters of reference

·         High school and/or college transcript(s)

·         Letter of request for the scholarship

·         Letter of acceptance from the college or university to be attended

In an effort to cut costs and GO GREEN, we are making eStatements the preferred method of delivery for checking accounts.

If you wish to not enroll in eStatements and prefer to keep receiving a paper statement, we will gladly continue to provide that service for a $2.00 monthly fee. Printing and postage costs continue to rise, and as a large number of our members already opted in to receive electronic notifications, we feel it is fair that we ask those who choose the more expensive paper option to help share in that cost.
